Store credit & Club
Most orders earn credit (TeamBuy orders don't) — up to 6.6% base credit on a purchase. BuyPal Club members earn up to 15.4% in total (6.6% base plus 8.8% Club credit). Every listing shows the exact credit for that item.
Credit follows the purchased item’s policy, with a minimum hold of 31 days after delivery. Longer windows and active returns can delay release. It stays valid for 2 years from the issue date.

Orders & returns
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Each item’s purchased policy sets its return window, refund timing and any disclosed return costs. Final-sale items still have support for damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries. Manage returns from your account.

Joining saves your card and charges nothing today. Your card is charged when the TeamBuy closes, at the final group price. That is never more than the maximum shown at checkout: the price times your quantity, plus tax, plus the delivery fee if you chose expedited shipping or a paid pickup.
