Credit follows the purchased item’s policy, with a minimum hold of 31 days after delivery. Longer windows and active returns can delay release. It stays valid for 2 years from the issue date.
Club is free for your first 12 months, then $15/month or $120/year. It stacks bonus credit and unlocks exclusive deals and member-only drops. See BuyPal Club for the full breakdown.
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Each item’s purchased policy sets its return window, refund timing and any disclosed return costs. Final-sale items still have support for damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries. Manage returns from your account.
